I didn't land a job at MasterBorn for the first time. Can I try again?
Sure! We always encourage our candidates to come back and try again as our Team grows. 🙂 We suggest a six-month difference between attempts, as this is a good period of time to get the most out of the feedback.
What will my first day at MasterBorn look like?
At MasterBorn, we provide a fully planned onboarding that includes a company's organizational introduction, culture and feedback training, project and business onboarding, and technical onboarding.
What will my team look like?
We create complete Scrum Teams comprising approximately 5-10 people, formed fully in our company. Hence, there is no outsourcing. We work with the client’s Product Owner or directly with a client, so communication is clear and efficient.
Is there a possibility to work 100% remotely?

What is the MasterBorn’s client profile?
We work with various industries, such as FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, InfoSec, etc. Our established client profile includes U.S.-based startups, companies, and referrals from the high-end American IT market. But no worries - we are sticking to the Polish time zone, nevertheless! 🙂
