Middle Product Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our outstanding Product Design team. Your main focus will be designing useful apps for both web and mobile in Figma.


We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs) and well-established companies, which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market.

You will have your own mentor (a supporting Product Designer) who can help you onboard better in our company and help upskill your design abilities.
Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone while collaborating with clients from diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and many others.

    • Required skills: at least 2 years of commercial experience in a similar position, great portfolio with digital products (eg. websites, web apps, mobile apps); understanding of UX rules; written and spoken English and Polish C1;

Your future tasks and duties:

  • Taking responsibility for the quality of your solutions - designing landing pages, web applications
  • Building clean and effective designs, based on detailed specifications
  • Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Proxy Product Owners create requirements for the application
  • Preparing high-quality designs and complex prototypes - user flow and low-fidelity wireframes based on the requirements of the client
  • Supporting other Product Designers and sharing knowledge with teammates
  • Conducting workshops, gathering specifications and the client’s requirements for the product
  • Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from Proxy Product Owner
  • Working with a project team and excellent designers

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of commercial experience in a similar position
  • Have a strong portfolio with Digital Products (eg. websites, web applications)
  • Knowledge of composition, contrast, hierarchy, and typography principles
  • Have a great knowledge of design programs (we work in Figma, but PS, AI are always helpful)
  • Know a lot about good UX practices and style guides (basic skills in creating them)
  • Experienced with creating user flow and story mapping as well as mood boards
  • Experience in creating functional and usable digital products interfaces that meet business requirements
  • Experienced in conducting workshops
  • Ability to estimate work and manage your schedules
  • Experience in creating prototypes, presenting your work to clients and walking them through the design process and advising them of the best solutions

About you - Soft Skills:

  • Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1) is required
  • Have experience in communicating with customers
  • Being open to project discussions (e.g. you communicate constructively, diagnose problems, focus on solutions)
  • Using good practices, design patterns and existing solutions.
  • Ability to discuss your perspective with a client and not being afraid to defend your and your team’s ideas
  • Focusing your attention on business requirements when designing
  • Teamwork mentality and Agile Mindset

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of what an MVP is and what to focus on when building it
  • Experience in Webflow, preparing marketing assets (Dribbble shots, Facebook Ads)
  • Building design systems
  • Ability to create illustrations
  • Experience in validating solutions
  • Knowledge of lean canvas, empathy map - to help understand the product and users
